Terms and Conditions
Open Account Net Terms are available to our corporate customers and frequent order companies. These terms will only be extended per submittal of an original, completed and signed Credit Application accompanied by a signed and audited year-end financial statement. If the year-end statement is over (9) months old, a current interim statement may be required. If an audited financial statement cannot be provided, we will require a signed personal guaranty and an irrevocable letter of credit. Payment must be postmarked in accordance with the stated terms or a 3.00% late fee will be charged, in addition to 1.50% interest per month thereafter.
Prepayments by company, certified, or cashiers check are accepted for our customers who do not wish to apply for Net Terms or do not wish to use a credit card. No shipments will go out until payment is made in full and we are notified that check has cleared our accounts.
All product Sales are subject to Micro Parts & Supplies' published "Credit Policy". Should these terms and conditions be deemed unacceptable, Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. must be notified before product is shipped so that differences can be satisfactorily resolved.
As always, Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for shipments that 'must go out' , while you wait for your open account terms to be established.
