|How do we ship your products? Micro Parts & Supplies ships via the following carriers:|
Orders will generally ship in 1 to 3 business days from receipt of your order for all product in inventory. Various carrier services withhold shipment on weekends, Federal (USA - EEUU) holidays and other days of special recognition. Orders received after 14.00 hours (-0005 GMT) may experience processing the following business day. Please contact us for estimates for your particular order.
Important Note: Some products are special order or the manufacturer typically has very unpredictable supply of the product. In those cases the delivery time will be longer but we will attempt to alert you of these conditions in advance.
You simply choose which carrier you would prefer and what priority you would like it shipped. Tell the ordering agent when you place your order. All orders are insured. The following list represents domestic shipping services offered by each carrier within the United States and Canada.

We are happy to ship your purchases overseas, however, there are a few things we need to know before we can give you a shipping cost. Please call, fax or email us with the exact country, city and zip code/postal code. We also need to know if your purchase will be going to a company or individual. Many countries have restrictions on what can be imported and where inside the country it can go-- International packages will ship FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne depending on the carrier's ability, method of shipment requested and your destination. International shipping method vary within each country and are too many to list, our Customer Service will contact you with shipping options on you order confirmation.
Sometimes customers would like us to "Drop Ship" or "Blind Drop Ship" a package for them, and send a product directly to their customer. We are always happy to do this for you at no extra charge. Just remember to include a packing slip from your company and your FedEx shipping account number if you would like a product "Blind Drop Shipped".
Sometimes customers would like to have a carrier other than our regular ones listed above to transport their products. Please inform the ordering agent when you place the order that you will be arranging your own transportation for product pick-up. You will need to work out the details of product availability and packaging at this time, so everything will be ready when your carrier arrives. Remember, if you choose to arrange alternate shipping, it is your responsibility and we will need to be kept informed of any changes as they happen.
|How can you ship repairs, returns and exchanges to us?|
We will accept packages from any legitimate carrier as long as they have a verified Return Authorization (RA) number and/or a tracking number from our offices. Unless we send you a Call-Tag, all shipments must be paid in advance. We will not accept any COD's or unpaid freight shipments. To get an RA# or Tracking # from our offices, please call our customer service department at our toll free number 800-336-2131 on the days of Monday through Friday.
