We will gladly accept special orders for products from manufacturers we represent, but which are not currently carried in our inventory. Special orders must be prepaid, and may not be returned or cancelled. There is a $10.00 handling charge for special orders of less than $100.00.
Regarding the shipment of orders-- Orders pre-approved by the credit department are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Merchandise which is not in stock will be promptly acknowledged upon your request and shipped when available. All product will ship at customer's expense by UPS ground or an appropriate alternative unless otherwise specified. Claims for shortages areto be made to Micro Parts & Supplies shipping department at 800-336-2131 (USA and Canada) or customerservice@mpsupplies.com within five (5) business days from date of receipt.
Exchanges and items for return must have a Return Authorization (RA) number must be acquired before any defective merchandise can be returned to Micro Parts & Supplies. RA numbers are valid for 30 days only. Please have the following information ready when calling the ordering department for an RA number: Your company name, Invoice number and date off green copy, Serial number, product description and the specific nature of problem. Defective goods must be packaged in the original factory shipping container. All software, consumables, accessories and manuals must accompany the product. *Do not ship laser printers with toner and developer cartridges installed--call us at 800-336-2131 or contact us at customerservice@mpsupplies.com for instructions if you are not sure.

Products that are non-operational out of the box are considered Dead on Arrival (DOA). Should this occur, please contact Micro Parts & Supplies at 800-336-2131 to arrange for a speedy repair or product exchange. An RA number must accompany all returned merchandise. A $50.00 testing fee will be charged if the returned product is tested and found to be in working order. IMPORTANT: The DOA policy does not cover physical damage incurred in transit. All damage claims must be placed with the freight company by the customer.

Deductions or charges will be levied against any forthcoming credit for returned product which has damaged or missing items (other than stated defects). If a standard cost has not been established for these items, the deductions listed below apply:
