We will gladly accept special orders for products from manufacturers we represent, but which are not currently carried in our inventory. Special orders must be prepaid, and may not be returned or cancelled. There is a $10.00 handling charge for special orders of less than $100.00.
Regarding the shipment of orders-- Orders pre-approved by the credit department are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Merchandise which is not in stock will be promptly acknowledged when you place the order, and shipped when available. All product will ship UPS ground and customer's expense, unless otherwise specified. Claims for shortages should be make to Micro Parts & Supplies shipping department at 800-336-2131 within five (5) business days from date of receipt.
Exchanges which are a requirement for your receipt of a remanufactured item must have a Return Authorization (RA) number must be acquired before any merchandise can be returned to Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. RA numbers are valid for 20 days only. Products must be shipped with a current RA number and proof of purchase (POP)... refer to your purchase order number from an internet order...or they will be returned. Please provide the following information ready when contacting us an RA number: Your company name, Invoice Number and date of invoice, Serial number, product description. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping label of all boxes containing returned goods. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in packages that meet the shipper requirements for our receipt free of damage to the item. Freight collect and COD returns will be refused. Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. will prepay the shipping charges back to you. All returned freight will be shipped UPS ground.

Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in the original boxes and packing materials. Freight collect and COD returns will be refused. Micro Parts & Supplies will prepay the shipping charges back to you. All returned freight will be shipped UPS ground.

Products that are non-operational out of the box are considered Dead on Arrival (DOA). Should this occur, please contact Micro Parts & Supplies at 800-336-2131 to arrange for a speedy product exchange. Notification of DOA products must be received within seven (7) days of receipt. An RA number must accompany all returned merchandise. A $50.00 testing fee will be charged if the returned product is tested and found to be in working order. IMPORTANT: The DOA policy does not cover physical damage incurred in transit. All damage claims must be placed with the freight company by the customer (you) who received the goods.
Merchandise returned must be received by Micro Parts & Supplies Inc. before a credit can be issued. The credit is then applied to future orders or refunded accordingly. Should the replacement product be required before the defective product is returned, it will be provided on a credit card or prepayment basis only. A $20.00 or 20% restocking fee is applicable (whichever is higher) to any product returned or refused for reasons other that defective craftsmanship. Please note: items submitted as an "out-of-warranty' exchange are not returnable. All electronic or electromechanical parts shipped by Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc, are returnable only if defective. Opened software or any goods sold in case (unit) quantities or sealed containers are not returnable. Do not ship laser printers with toner and developer cartridges installed-- contact us at 800-336-2131 or customerservice@mpsupplies.com for instructions if you are not sure.
Returns are rejected after 20 days from the invoice date.

Deductions or charges will be levied against any forthcoming credit for returned product which has damaged or missing items (other than stated defects). If a standard cost has not been established for these items, the deductions listed below apply:
