What do we fix? You can send your broken printers, fax and multifunction, typewriters, word processors, desktop and laptops. At Sytec America, Inc., all of our Technicians are trained by the manufacturer, so you get the same knowledgeable service on warranty and non-warranty repairs. If you don't see your brand/type on the above listing, don't despair! Our technicians are constantly training, so call us to see if we can help.

What do I need when I call? If your machine is still under the manufacturer's warranty, have your proof of purchase (POP), the name of the manufacturer, model number and a good, but brief, description of the problem ready when you call. If your machine is not under warranty, have the brand name, model number and a good description of the problem ready when calling.

When can I call? Our Service Department is open Monday - Friday, from the hours of 8am - 5pm U.S. Central Time. For after hours questions about Sytec America services or status on the repair of your machine please email us at servicesupport@mpsupplies.com and we will respond when business hours resume.
On - Site Service: For all our local business customers, Sytec America offers on-site service calls. Please call our Service Department for rates and to schedule an appointment.
