Exchangeable parts are listed on each Alps printer page and are denoted by an "-E" at the end of the Item Number. Exchange parts will be shipped out to you once our shipping department receives your part.
Repair on power supplies and print heads are denoted by an "-RP" at the end of the Item Number.
Refurbished or reconditioned parts are denoted by an "-R" at the end of the Item Number.

Unless specified otherwise, repaired and refurbished spare parts carry a 30 day warranty.
